Hello NHS Members, above is the permission slip. If you are a junior in the first shift email the permission slip to Mrs. Guevara before attending the event and then give her a hard copy afterwards. For the juniors taking the afternoon shift, please have the permission slip ready to give to Mrs. Guevara by the morning.
